I’ve been testing out this new design in the kitchen and I really like it.
This is a cranked spatula for getting under your eggs and pancakes. I’ve made the edge thin enough to slide under easily but left enough material for it to feel very robust and tough. I want it to be able to take a beating.

The spoon is treated with food grade linseed oil to protect the wood and prevent it from absorbing liquids. It can be washed with hot soapy water without damaging it. It is light and functional and will become more beautiful with use and age.
