Introduction to spoon carving at the lovely Common Knowledge Centre, near Ennistymon, Co. Clare. This will be a weekend workshop covering all aspects of spoon carving, including a knife sharpening demonstration. You’ll make your own butter knife and spoon during the weekend. Breakfast and lunches will be made for you by a wonderful chef, served at the Centre.
